This song truly woke me up on the end of the september and made me want to write something on this deserted blog. Today, while I was still whistling with the goddam quotation for the customer in the office, the melody just suddenly popped out in my head without any signs. Maybe it's the cool wheather reminds me of the Autumn's comming.The melody of '' Wake me up when september ends" is such good company and comfort for someone like me riding his motorbike in a cool and wet morning to his Fucking working place. (above photo from wiki photo data)It's title came from Green day's vocal, Billie. His dad passed away on the Sep. 1st, 1982. At the funeral, his hid himself in the bedroom crying. His mom knocked his door, and he just simply replied: wake me up when september ends. Then that's the title's origin. But the MV has nothing to do with Billie's dad at all, but about reflection on the aftermath of 911 accident. It seems to correspond with the topic of Album's topic--American. Anyway, the Autumn is my loved season with its cool wind and cosy temperature. Though it's the transition from life to death, I still like its cheerless and melancholy character. It's perfectly appropriate for my personality which is neither too hot nor too cold. Everything just goes so low-porofiled and flatly. Another reason for my preference to the fall is the month of my birth is on Oct. Oh yeah~ September finally ends and COOL October is comming now!!!
