來自英國曼徹斯特的英搖團體綠洲，終於要來台灣演唱(由於主唱曾參與西藏獨立的相關活動所以被大陸官方取消大陸的演唱會，綠洲轉而在台北開唱)，這個千載難逢的機會，真的是可遇不可求阿!不過話說回來最近來台灣開演唱會的歌手及團體也越來越多了(像是之前的Air Supply，Jason Marz，James Blunt，MCR， Linkin Park & Arvil等，今年暑假LP不但要二度訪台更加上有Hoobastank 以及All American rejects同台開唱)說不定以後在台灣可以看到 sum 41跟Blink 182(有傳聞要復團)也說不定呢?(左圖來自wiki)要參與這次演唱會的我，最近開始溫習綠洲的演唱會歌單，才發現其實對他們的歌聽的並不多，之前忽略到的好歌實在是太多(只有聽過morning glory這張)，像是songbird,the masterplan, slide away, cigarette and alcohol等幾乎每首歌都很好聽。這次要介紹的就是其中的masterplan，該曲是Noel(主吉他手也是樂團中主要個歌曲創作者)自認寫的最好的一首歌，可惜的是這首歌當初不知為什麼竟沒有收錄在morning glory專輯中，連Noel自己也覺得當初年輕不懂事，竟把這首歌放在bside(非主打的歌曲)中，不過好歌就是不怕埋沒，以masterplan為名之合輯 收錄許多未收在錄音室專輯裡頭的歌曲包括masterplan，一舉就登上英國排行榜第二名並且創下白金紀錄，全球賣了約兩百萬張。
